【 摘 要 】

in other words, it did not propose alternatives with the maximum numbers of Floor Area Ratio (FAR) and Building Coverage Ratio (BCR). However, this proposal can be considered as convincing and reasonable given a number of beneficial social effects such as securing the connectivity between Yongsan Park and the urban area, the mutual effects of two different urban tissues, the green space within a local resident’s life zone, the win-win effect between new and existing, small-sized commercial facilities, and the provision of cultural space for users.
