【 摘 要 】

control group(CON), reloading after hindlimb unloading group(HRE), and resistance ladder climbing exercise group after hindlimb unloading group(HEX). In order to confirm the recovery effect by muscle fiber type, gravity reloading and resistive ladder exercise were performed for 4 weeks. Muscle wet weight was measured by phenotypic analysis of Soleus and Gastrocnemius. Troponin I-SS, Troponin I-FS, atrophy-related factors(Atrogin-1, Murf-1), inflammation- related factors(TNF-α, IL-6), and mRNA and protein levels of HSP72 were analyzed by real-time PCR and western blot analysis. All data were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 statistical program. The descriptive statistics were used to determine the mean and standard error for each item, and an independent t-test and one-way ANOVA were conducted to verify the difference between groups. All statistical significance levels were set at P <.05.Results : Muscle wet weight was decreased significantly in Soleus and Gastrocnemius after 2 week Hindlimb unloading. The grip strength of the 4 week resistance ladder climbing exercise(HEX) group was significantly higher than that of the two groups. Analysis of Troponin I-SS and Troponin I-FS proteins in Soleus and Gastrocnemius showed that Troponin I-FS was significantly increased only in the soleus HRE group. Atrogin-1 mRNA levels of Soleus were significantly increased in the HRE and HEX groups compared to the CON group. TNF-α was significantly increased in the HRE group and IL-6 was significantly increased in the HEX group. The mRNA levels of Atrogin-1 and Murf-1 of Gastrocnemius were significantly lower in the intervention group than in the CON group. The expression level of HSP72 was significantly increased in Soleus compared to CON group in both HRE and HEX groups. Conclusion : Although gravity reloading and resistance ladder climbing exercises had positive effects on muscle recovery, there was no significant difference between the interventions at the molecular level. Further studies on mechanism is required and at the same time, we recommend to apply the appropriate intervention period to identify differences in muscle recovery and HSP72 expression levels.
