【 摘 要 】

Manufacturing monitoring increases in importance at a level and rate thatcorresponds to the amount that diversity and uncertainty in the manufacturing methodincreases. This paper presents the design of a wireless manufacturing monitoringsystem for tool status. The sensor collects information on the position of the tool andsends it to the processor. The information is saved on a SD card and packaged as afile which will be sent through a wireless connection to the end device. The systemcan successfully complete the task of manufacturing monitoring and the datatransmission time changes with the package size. The transmission is more stablewhen the package size is large, and the system is able to send every package of 5000lines of data in 0.05 seconds.
