【 摘 要 】

The asymmetry in the charge-weighted lepton rapidity is measured in semileptonic top-quark-pair decays.The measurement is performed in data recorded with the CDF-II detector using the full Tevatron Run II sample, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9.4/fb.A new technique is developed to correct the data for the finite acceptance of the detector and recover the production-level asymmetry.The result of 0.094+0.032-0.029 is approximately 1.9 standard deviations above the standard model next-to-leading-order prediction of 0.038+-0.003.
