The following thesis is laid out in separate chapters. The chapters will include: 1) fslr: connecting the FSL software with R, 2) Brain segmentation of computed tomography (CT) scans, 3) Segmentation of intracerebral hemorrhage in CT scans, and 4) Quantitative localization of intracerebral hemorrhages.
