【 摘 要 】

This study evaluated present levels ofaccess to financial services in Brazil and governmentpolicies that have had an impact on access. Based on thesefindings, the study explored options for increasing futureaccess to financial services in Brazil. The first section ofthis summary highlights the core conclusions to emerge fromthe study and their implications for government policy. Thenext section describes the findings and recommendations ofeach chapter, and is followed by an in-depth look atspecific areas examined by the study.
