Infrastructure plays a crucial role insupporting Cambodia's growth and development. Improvingaccess to efficient and affordable water, electricity,transport, and telecommunications services has a majorimpact on the living standards of individual households.This Country Framework Report (CFR) is one of a series ofcountry reviews aimed at improving the environment for theprivate sector involvement in infrastructure. This bookdescribes and evaluates the current status and performanceof key infrastructure sectors and the policy, regulatory,and institutional environment for involving the privatesector in infrastructure sectors. It also helps policymakersto establish future reform and development strategies.
