【 摘 要 】

This report presents a comprehensivediagnostic of the Republic of Moldova s workforcedevelopment (WfD) policies and institutions. The analysis isbased on a World Bank research tool created under theSystems Approach for Better Education Results (SABER)initiative and purposefully designed to provide systematicdocumentation and assessment of WfD policies andinstitutions. The SABER WfD benchmarking tool also aims toassist the government with the implementation of the VETDevelopment Strategy in the context of internationalexperience and global good practices.
