Despite global financial uncertainty andincreased public mistrust of business, partnerships betweenthe public and private sectors have continued to grow-driven by governments' need to access externalfinancing and expertise, by the private sector's searchfor new opportunities, and by governments' desire togrow the private sector. This report addresses the criticalquestion: how can the public and private sectors buildsuccessful partnerships?
