【 摘 要 】

This study was carried out in threestages during 2009 through April 2011.The main objectiveof the study is to determine, on the basis of usage ofqualitative data collection methods, impact of the economiccrisis on the most vulnerable population groups, as well asto monitor dynamics of changes in the lives of therespondents by consistently comparing the results of each ofthe consecutive stages of the project study. The studyevaluates the impact of Ukraine's economic crisis onemployment, household incomes, consumer prices, migration,and emerging occurrences of fraud. The conclusion of thisassessment updates and supplements general information onthe impact of the crisis on different groups of urban andrural population, with special emphasis to be paid to mostvulnerable groups, and to compare these estimates with thosewhich were obtained in December 2009 and June 2001.
