The Ukraine Food Safety Project foundthat the typical way of providing firm-level assistanceconducting an in-depth diagnostic for companies in a pilotproject, followed by an offer for assistance was scaring offsome potential clients with the seeming complexity of thetask and cost. But by offering a 'lighter,'less-intense approach at a cheaper price, we were able toreach more clients and have a greater impact.
