【 摘 要 】

This survey of e-procurement systems inAsia/Oceania, South America and Europe was funded by theAsian Development Bank, the Inter-American Development Bankand the World Bank. It is a project of the MultilateralDevelopment Bank (MDB) harmonization of e-procurement group.The survey was developed by Curtin University andInternational Governance Solutions using an experiencedresearch and consultancy team. The survey covered systems infourteen countries, which vary in size of the procurementmarket, the degree of integration of systems and degree ofcentralized management of procurement.While there is clearevidence as to how common issues were addressed, therelatively small number of countries involved makesidentifying some trends difficult.
