In advisory services, the author oftentries to develop markets for capacity building serviceswhere currently there is no visible demand or supply. Forthe Corporate Governance (CG) Program in Southern Europe,the author developed a market-based approach to enable ourpartners to explore new business opportunities in the fieldof specialized education, training, and conferences thatthey previously had avoided because of lack of experienceand/or high financial risks.
