【 摘 要 】

Reducing the footprint of growthrequires a focus on three key issues:a) transforming urbanareas into greener, more efficient, resilient, and sociallyinclusive cities, better able to capture the economicbenefits associated with urbanization; b) ensuring soundmanagement of the brown environmental agenda to provide theconditions for continued sustainable economic green growthwhile preventing and minimizing negative impacts and risksfor human health and the environment; and c) promotingenergy efficiency in housing, transport, urbaninfrastructure, and waste management to enhance thesustainability and competitiveness of the Mexican economy.
