【 摘 要 】

This report is a sequel to the NigerianLP Gas Sector Improvement Study of 2004,which wasproduced by the World Bank Oil and Gas Policy Division withfunding under the Energy Sector Management AssistanceProgramme (ESMAP). The objective of the Nigerian study wasto investigate and identify reasons for the failure of theLPG market in Nigeria to live up to its potential, todevelop a strategy for reviving Nigeria s domestic LPGmarket, and to expand LPG access to all, including to thepoor, in Nigeria.
