【 摘 要 】
This report summarizes the main findingsof the first phase of the regional study on teacher policieswhich draws heavily from the SABER-Teachers methodologicalpapers and country reports. It presents the methodology ofthe SABER-Teachers benchmarking exercise; provides apreliminary analysis of the regional trends in teacherpolicies based on data collection and analytical toolsdeveloped by HDNED as well as the country reports producedby the SABER-Teachers team; and discusses the next steps forthe regional work on teacher policies.
