【 摘 要 】

According to the World healthOrganization (WHO), there are currently more than 650million People with Disabilities (PWD) globally. Theirnumbers grow daily due to chronic diseases, illness,injuries, violence, and aging. Of further note is the factthat, in general, PDWs have education attainment rates wellnational averages, while illiteracy among children is wellnational averages. Overall, there are low incentives to hirePWDs, especially in the private sector, and often incomeprotection and rehabilitation programs are not extended inthe degree to which they would meet their needs.
