【 摘 要 】

Considering the essential role ofprosecutors in upholding the rule of law and pursuinggovernment accountability, the integrity of prosecutorialoperations is of special importance. At the same time, thiscritical role also exposes prosecutors to certain pressuresand can make them vulnerable to corruption. This articleoutlines a range of special responses to detect, remedy, andprevent corruption within prosecution offices. While notentirely specific to prosecution agencies, the approachesoutlined highlight the central importance of good managementpractices and a strong focus on preventing opportunities forcorruption through effective policies and procedures, ITsolutions, and transparent operations.
