Considering the essential role ofprosecutors in upholding the rule of law and pursuinggovernment accountability, the integrity of prosecutorialoperations is of special importance. At the same time, thiscritical role also exposes prosecutors to certain pressuresand can make them vulnerable to corruption. This articleoutlines a range of special responses to detect, remedy, andprevent corruption within prosecution offices.
