【 摘 要 】

Transition economies are commonlyunderstood to be countries that have moved or are movingfrom a primarily state-planned to a market-based economicsystem with private ownership of assets andmarket-supporting institutions. These countries includethose of the former Soviet Union, those of Eastern andCentral Europe closely allied with the Soviet Union andthose in Asia and Africa recently undergoing markettransformations of various degrees, such as China, Mongoliaand Vietnam.
