This document contains data collectioninstruments to support data collection, for which theresulting data will inform diagnostic and decision-makingtools for Fecal Sludge Management (FSM) services. Thediagnostic and decision-making tools shown are thosedeveloped in a World Bank global FSM study (2016) that arefurther described in (i) a Summary Report of the FSM study(ii) Tools and Guidelines for improving fecal sludgemanagement (FSM) services.
