【 摘 要 】

The Syrian crisis has led to rapid andlarge-scale population displacement. This paper uses severalsources of data, including the United Nations HigherCommissioner for Refugees' registration database andmulti-country, multi-topic surveys collected in 2015-16, tocharacterize service delivery in the context of a rapidinflux of displaced populations. The study encompassesinfrastructure services, such as electricity and garbagedisposal, and social services, such as health and education,and considers both measures of access to services and theirperceived quality.
