【 摘 要 】
SABER-Tertiary Education is a diagnostictool to assess how education systems perform and to identifypriorities for reforms at the national level. It is part ofthe World Bank’s Systems Approach for Better EducationResults (SABER), which aims to benchmark education systemsat the country level. This report proceeds as follows.First, the authors will describe the context of the tertiaryeducation system in Liberia. The authors will then proceedwith a summary of the considerations when scoring the sixpolicy dimensions. Finally, the authors will conclude with afew general observations about tertiary education in Liberia.
