This report presents an assessment ofschool feeding policies and institutions that affect youngchildren in Armenia. The analysis is based on a World Banktool developed as part of the systems approach for bettereducation results (SABER) initiative that aims tosystematically assess education systems againstevidence-based global standards and good practice to assistcountries reform their education systems for proper learningfor all. SABER - school feeding collects, analyzes, anddisseminates comprehensive information on school feedingpolicies around the world. The overall objective of theinitiative is to help countries design effective policies toimprove their education systems, facilitate comparativepolicy analysis, identify key areas to focus investment, andassist in disseminating good practice.
