【 摘 要 】

The Country Opinion Survey in Mauritaniaassists the World Bank Group (WBG) in gaining a betterunderstanding of how stakeholders in Mauritania perceive theWBG. It provides the WBG with systematic feedback fromnational and local governments, multilateral/bilateralagencies, media, academia, the private sector, and civilsociety in Mauritania on 1) their views regarding thegeneral environment in Mauritania; 2) their overallattitudes toward the WBG in Mauritania; 3) overallimpressions of the WBG’s effectiveness and results,knowledge work and activities, and communication andinformation sharing in Mauritania; and 4) their perceptionsof the WBG’s future role in Mauritania.
