The Country Opinion Survey in Nigerassists the World Bank Group (WBG) in gaining a betterunderstanding of how stakeholders in Niger perceive the WBG.It provides the WBG with systematic feedback from nationaland local governments, multilateral/bilateral agencies,media, academia, the private sector, and civil society inNiger on 1) their views regarding the general environment inNiger; 2) their overall attitudes toward the WBG in Niger;3) overall impressions of the WBG’s effectiveness andresults, knowledge work and activities, and communicationand information sharing in Niger; and 4) their perceptionsof the WBG’s future role in Niger.
