The report summarizes the findings of anallocative and implementation efficiency analysis ofZimbabwe's HIV response across the care cascade, whichwas conducted using the Optima-HIV model. The analysis wasconducted to support Zimbabwe in its decision-making onstrategic HIV investments, highlighting opportunities tomaximise the impact of HIV financial resources in Zimbabwethrough allocative and implementation efficiency gains.
