【 摘 要 】

What are the key success factors for theagriculture credit guarantee schemes (CGS)? Are there anydesign features and interventions to minimize the risk? Thispaper tries to draw some lessons learned specific toagriculture CGSs based on some case studies in developingcountries, and aims to provide useful insights for futureinterventions, including World Bank projects. These lessonslearned focus on risk management and operational features ofthe CGSs serving the agriculture sector.
