The World Bank prepared three backgroundstudies as inputs for the development of the CambodiaLogistics Master Plan led by the Royal Government ofCambodia (RGC) in 2017–2018. These studies benefit from aclose coordination and collaboration with JapanInternational Cooperation Agency (JICA) that focused itsassessment on transport infrastructure and connectivity. Thekey findings and recommendations are summarized into fourparts in respect of the three background studies: (a) anupdate of trade competitiveness, (b) a review of the legaland regulatory framework of the logistics sector inCambodia, and (c) a design of the monitoring and evaluation(M&E) framework for the proposed Cambodia LogisticsMaster Plan.
