【 摘 要 】

The objective of the Comoros publicexpenditure and fiscal management review is to assist theGovernment of Comoros in strengthening the basis for themanagement of its public expenditure program. The reviewtakes stock of expenditure trends and the systems governingpublic spending, with an emphasis on strengthening fiscalsustainability, budget credibility and strengthening fiscalmanagement in the electricity and service delivery sectors.
