【 摘 要 】

A joint Government of Honduras and WorldBank team conducted a study in Honduras between January andJune 2017, using the Public-Private Partnership (PPP)Disclosure Diagnostic template recommended by the World BankFramework for Disclosure of Information in PPPs. This studyhas been consolidated in the form of a PPP DisclosureDiagnostic Report for Honduras. The Diagnostic Reportexamines the political, legal, and institutional environmentfor disclosure in PPPs. Based on a gap assessment exercisewith key political, legal, institutional, and processfindings benchmarked against the World Bank Framework, theDiagnostic Report makes specific recommendations to improvedisclosure. The recommendations include a customizedframework for disclosure of PPPs in Honduras.
