【 摘 要 】

The WBG's Jobs Group has developeda standardized Jobs Diagnostics tool to help countriesidentify key challenges in the effort to create jobs,improve the quality of jobs, and provide access to jobs. Oneimportant dimension of a good jobs diagnosis is to uncovergender disparities in labor market outcomes and understandthe underlying factors that cause those disparities. TheJobs Diagnostic tool enables the user to identify priorityjobs-relevant gender challenges through the production of anextensive set of sex-disaggregated indicators and regressionanalyses, employing standardized household and enterprisedata. Underlying constraints can be further explored,through complementary in-depth analysis of country-specificquantitative and qualitative information.
