【 摘 要 】

In 2014, Chinas growth continued to slowwhich reflected policy to put their economic growth on amore sustainable footing.While policy efforts to tightencredit growth reduce excess capacity, internalize the costof industrial pollution, and harden local governments budgetconstraints accelerated.These measures will produce a muchneeded realignment of growth in the medium term.A weekhousing market continues to be a significant drag ondomestic economic activity. The government has ample policybuffers to contain a disorderly adjustment in the housing market.
