【 摘 要 】

This 2020 World Bank GRI Index is aninventory of the sustainability considerations used in WorldBank lending and analytical services, as well as within itscorporate practices. This sustainability disclosure indexhas been prepared in accordance with the Core option of theGRI Standards1. The GRI Index covers activities carried outduring fiscal year 2020, from July 1, 2019 through June 30,2020. The COVID-19 pandemic impacted the World Bank’soperations and staff activities through reduced travel, theextended shutdown of our offices, and a shift in staffhealth services. Where significant, these impacts have beennoted in the report.
