This technical report describes themethodology and data used to produce small area povertyestimates for the Palestinian territories. The first sectionpresents the methodology. The second section describes thedata, and the technical challenges in estimating poverty atthe locality level. The third section discusses selection ofthe best model, its performance and conducts validationexercises. The fourth section shows poverty and inequalityestimates for different levels.
