Reducing unemployment and inactivity areurgent priorities for Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). Limitedjob opportunities have fueled emigration, especially amongthe educated, skilled, and youth. Unlocking Bosnia andHerzegovina’s economic potential requires rebalancing itsgrowth model and boosting the contribution of the privatesector to job creation.This report presents the findings ofa multisectoral assessment and consultations with entitygovernments, civil society, and the private sector.Additionally, the report highlights the existingshortcomings in the monitoring of labor market trends andthe evaluation of programs.
