This evaluation assesses the earlyexperience with the design and implementation of Program forResults (PforR) operations and identifies lessons andrecommendations to strengthen this new instrument. When thereport was completed in June 2016, none of the PforRprograms had closed, and it was too early to draw definitiveconclusions in many areas, but the evaluation has brought tolight some important insights from the instrument’s earlydesign and implementation experience.
