Doing Business measures aspects ofregulation affecting 11 areas of the life of a business. Tenof these areas are included in this year’s ranking on theease of doing business: starting a business, dealing withconstruction permits, getting electricity, registeringproperty, getting credit, protecting minority investors,paying taxes, trading across borders, enforcing contractsand resolving insolvency.
