【 摘 要 】

The COVID-19 crisis is causing massivesuffering across the globe. In addition to the humanconsequences of the disease, containment measures to slowdown and control the virus have deprived people of theirlivelihood and put many firms in a difficult financialsituation. As a result, governments are planning massivestimulus packages to accelerate recovery once the healthemergency is under control. To help governments thinkthrough investments for a green recovery, we proposed asustainability checklist to screen potential projects andpolicies. To test how the sustainability checklist mightwork for a specific country, the checklist was applied tothe Fiji Climate Vulnerability Assessment (CVA). Theobjective is to demonstrate how the checklist can be used asa screening, scoring, and prioritization tool to identifyprojects that create synergies between short-term needs andlong-term objectives.
