【 摘 要 】

SCADA/EMS and SCADA/DMS systems ensurethat power grids are efficient, resilient, and able to adaptto changes in generation, transmission, and distribution.Advancing technology is making SCADA systems more capableand enabling new monitoring and management applications.World Bank support for such systems is crucial to ensuringthe sustainable long-term growth of power networks indeveloping countries. Meanwhile, the potential exists tosignificantly enhance grid management in many cases byactivating already installed equipment.
