Women in Ghana face many of the same constraintsto economic participation that affectmillions of women across the continent.These constraints include large gender gapsin access to productive inputs, time spent ondomestic chores, and the quality and numberof jobs and other opportunities available. Thisis harmful to not only women but also families,communities, and economies.
