Today, almost all developing nations’public administrations are going digital, leveragingdisruptive technologies for better service delivery andimproved efficiency. The question countries ask mostfrequently is where do we start?, and while the answer mayseem daunting, the key to success is not where to start, buthow to sustain what has most certainly already started.
