This paper proposes a joint vision forhealth systems strengthening (HSS) toachieve universalhealth coverage (UHC). It is intended to be a keyreferencedocument for the International Health Partnershipfor UHC 2030 (UHC2030),as well as a broader resource for theglobal community to inform collaborationon the HSS and UHCagenda. The vision outlines health system performancedimensions and policy entry points to promote UHC throughHSS, including critical action for the way forward andprinciples to guide action.
