【 摘 要 】

The report describes progress made in the various thrust areas of the project, which include internal drives for oil recovery, vapor-liquid flows, combustion and reaction processes, instabilities and upscaling and the flow of fluids with yeild stress. In the area of internal drives, significant progress was made in the modeling of nucleation and growth of the gas-phase driven by mass transfer, which particularly applies to foamy oil. A review of various issues in phase change in porous media is also presented.
