【 摘 要 】

The objective of this analysis of the temporary Caustic Delivery System for AN-102 Caustic Addition (which utilizes a transfer pump to recirculate waste through a mixing assembly where caustic is injected) is to predict the system head (pressure) loss for a range of caustic flow rates when the globe flow control is fully open. When the system head (pressure) loss is subtracted from the tank truck supply pressure, this results in the maximum pressure available for utilization by the mixing nozzle.
