Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) power plants are emerging as technology of choice for next-generation coal-fired power plants. Under auspices of 'Collaboratory for Process and Dynamic Systems Research' the NETL project has completed the Phase I scoping study and planning Phase II is underway.
