This report gives an overview of the collection of fees to support U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) pesticide program activities. Authority to collect fees in addition to appropriated funds has been provided over the years in part to accelerate the agency's review efforts and to fund its increasing statutory responsibilities.
