This Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) addresses the possible Bureau of Land Management (BLM) approval of an amendment to the California Desert Conservation Area (CDCA) Plan to allow solar energy development on a proposed project site, up to 8,230 acres in size, 37 miles east of Barstow, California.
