【 摘 要 】

While attempting to convert data to/from ENDF and ENDL, I discovered inconsistencies in the treatment of Q values in ENDF. These are my notes documenting these inconsistencies. The most interesting section is the last section where I compare Q values in JENDL-3.3 and ENDF/B-VII{beta}1 for various Americium isotopes.
