Report detailing a bioremediation experiment in which laboratory grown cultures of the Acinetobacter were re-introduced to an experimental flow-through marsh environment. "The body of this report focuses on the competitive studies performed on the Acinetobacter sp., which actually was the second half of the project. The development of the molecular tools that were used is presented as a reprint in Appendix A."
