【 摘 要 】
Using data compiled from records of the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, this ERS study finds that food product recalls increased significantly from 2004 through 2013; recalls due to undeclared allergens nearly doubled in the decade.
